I have always been attracted to the arts, both visual and performance. In 1998 I entered a contest for the best “CHER Look Alike" hosted by the National Enquirer. I really just entered as a joke, but the joke was on me. I competed against men and women from all over the United States and won! Shortly after the competition, I was contacted by a talent agent who spotted me on the front page of the National Enquirer. My career as a Cher Impersonator had begun.
I spent 20 years of my life being "Cher". My career allowed me to perform shows and have amazing experiences all over the country. I opened for Jerry Seinfeld in Vegas, appeared on every daytime talk show, judged national Look Alike contests for Smirnoff Vodka, and acted in sketches on Saturday Night Live with celebrities such as Nicholas Cage, Michael Keaton and Dana Carvey.
For many years I channeled my artistic energy into my entertainment art. Upon retirement, I re-connected with my love of the visual arts and began passionately painting full time. I now channel my creativity through my artwork. My life as a "star" has greatly impacted my work and has given me a unique point of view. My art has been commissioned by both corporate as well as private clients. I invite you to view my work and share in my artistic journey!
